This will be the\u00a0first time that the event will be held in the United Kingdom\u00a0and\u00a0it\u00a0provides a unique opportunity to bring together organisations and experts from multi-disciplines who share the same vision for a more holistic,\u00a0patient-centred approach to healthcare and\u00a0who\u00a0recognise that real change occurs when people and organisations start working together.
